Introduction

Many libraries have been to set up profiles on Myspace.com and Facebook. Some librarians have used these social networking sites to advertise or even host reference services.

MySpace

MySpace now has an IM client. Users must download the client; it doesn't appear that you can send messages between the MySpace IM system and other IM systems.
